N.E.W. Industries has offered consistent quality, service and value to our customers since 1983. We provide complete parts and assemblies to a diversified group of premier O.E.M’s across the country and internationally.
We manufacture complete, finished CNC production machined parts and machined weldments. We work with a wide variety of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, and other materials in bar, plate, cast and forged configurations. We also coordinate a full spectrum of secondary operations.
We are a center for intelligent machining with a staff comprised of degreed engineers and long-tenured master machinists who concentrate on continuous improvement, including providing customers with design assistance to optimize the cost of manufacturing your parts. We utilize only the finest machinery and quality assets including DMG Mori, Kitako, Fanuc, Panasonic, Brother, Zeiss, Mitutoyo and others. We work to ISO standards and are driven by total quality management and continuous improvement principles. We pursue and implement lean manufacturing techniques and initiatives regularly with the support of the Wisconsin Manufacturing Extension Partnership, the University of Wisconsin Madison Quick Response Manufacturing (“QRM”) Center, and the Wisconsin Technical College system.
